Margaret is dedicated to helping patient's achieve optimal health. As a wife and mother, Margaret has learned personally the value of an integrative approach to wellness.
Margaret initially received her Nursing Degree in 2009 and completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2011. In 2017, She completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree from ULL. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Margaret has worked in Medical Endocrinology and Metabolism for several years specializing in treating Metabolic and hormone disorders ranging from Insulin Resistance and Diabetes to Hypothyroidism, Menopause, Obesity and PCOS. Margaret has over 14 years in health care with experience in Primary Care, Dermatology, Urgent Care, Hospice and Endocrinology.
In her spare time, Margaret loves traveling, cooking, spending time with her family and exercising. Through the years, Margaret's love for fitness has grown. Growing up, Margaret was a Personal trainer and competed professionally in fitness competitions. She achieved her Pro Card in the World Beauty Fitness and Fashion World's Competition in 2019 as a testament to show her girls and all women they are capable of anything they set their mind to!

Neil Chappell MD is a Louisiana fertility specialist and a native of Louisiana. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He subsequently became board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing his internship and residency at the University of Alabama’s program at the Women’s and Infant’s Hospital.
During his four years at the University of Alabama, he received the Medical Student Education Award each year, the Chairman’s Award for Excellence for Best Chief Resident and special recognition for accomplishments in minimally invasive surgery and obstetrics.
Neil Chappell MD completed his fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he gave frequent lectures to residents and PhD students on reproductive endocrinology. His thesis work focused on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), for which he received international recognition with multiple awards and publications. In 2018, he received a Master of Science degree in Clinical Investigation.
Dr. Chappell’s training has provided him with expertise in subfertility, recurrent miscarriage, PCOS, nutritional and environmental medicine, menopause and hormone replacement therapy, as well as surgical options for fibroids, uterine anomalies and endometriosis.Our Louisiana fertility specialist also has extensive interest and experience in assisted reproductive technology and embryology.
Neil Chappell MD is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the Center for Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons. He has also published articles on PCOS, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, reproductive dysfunction in female cancer patients and more.
